This feature offers cumulative and week-over-week insights into total reviews and star ratings, while also introducing incremental metrics to highlight the campaign’s impact.
Why Is This Important?
Amazon’s recent updates to their crawling and scraping policies have changed how review data can be accessed and analyzed. To ensure compliance with these updates, our reporting now aligns with the total review and rating data displayed on your Amazon product detail page (PDP). With our new delta metrics, you can clearly see the changes in reviews and star ratings during your campaign, allowing you to make data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns.

Getting Started:
- Access the Reviews and Ratings Reporting:

Can I download the Reviews and Ratings report?
You can download the full campaign summary report directly from the Overview Dashboard once your campaign has completed.

You’ll continue to have access to the cumulative and delta metrics for historical campaigns, allowing you to compare performance across multiple campaigns.
