Product Feedback is a powerful tool designed to gather valuable insights from creators participating in your campaigns. Through this feature, we collect and analyze feedback on the products being promoted, offering you a comprehensive understanding of their reception.


Why is Product Feedback Important?
Creators are also customers. Understanding their perspectives provides brands with critical insights that can drive product improvements. The export feature allows you to share these insights internally, ensuring that your entire team can benefit from this valuable information.


How Does it Work?

Each creator involved in a campaign receives a survey with two key questions:

  1. What do you like about this product?
  2. Is there anything you would change about this product?

Participation in the survey is voluntary, yet we typically achieve a 70% response rate. The feedback is then submitted directly to ProductWind and summarized in Momentum.


Feedback Analysis in Momentum?

In Momentum, you can access:

  • Total Feedback Count: The number of feedback pieces submitted by creators.
  • Theme Categorization: Feedback is sorted into four main themes. Each theme is further divided into positive and negative feedback percentages.
  • Detailed Theme Insights: For each main theme, you can see how many creators contributed to that theme, along with an AI-generated summary of the feedback.
  • Raw Feedback: Up to 10 pieces of raw feedback are displayed under each theme.


Exporting Feedback
You can export a summary of the feedback as a PDF, which includes all the analyzed data presented in Momentum.
Coming Soon: The ability to export feedback as a CSV file, which will include all raw feedback for a more detailed analysis.

Getting Started

  1. In the Momentum platform, navigate to the desired campaign: Brand > Campaigns > Select Campaign.
  2. Once you're on the campaign overview page, click on the E-commerce tab > then select the Feedback tab.
  3. Once in the Feedback tab, you are able to review the feedback summary generated from the creators submissions. You are able to click into each theme to get a more in-depth view of the feedback
  4. If you want to download the feedback and share it, you can do so with the "Download Feedback" button. This will then export as a PDF.

Is this feedback posted publicly?
No, this feedback lives within the Momentum Dashboard and is not posted live anywhere.

Can I customize the questions asked in the feedback survey?
Currently, the survey asks two standardized questions: what creators like about the product and what they would change. Customization of these questions is not mentioned, but it may be an option in future updates.

Feedback collected from creators highlights their genuine opinions about the product. By analyzing both positive and negative comments, brands can identify areas of improvement and refine product features to better meet customer needs.
