- Product Launch Campaigns

You can choose between Brand Advocates and Standard UGC Creators to meet your marketing goals. This solution empowers you to set up proposals, configure campaign details, and schedule campaign launches, providing full control over deliverables, scope, and pricing.

This self-serve solution is available to all ProductWind customers managing campaigns across Amazon and Walmart in the US and the UK. This feature applies specifically to campaigns involving Brand Advocates and Standard UGC Creators.
Key Capabilities:
- Save and Edit Proposals: Create and save a draft proposal with complete transparency on campaign pricing and deliverables.
- Schedule Campaigns: Finalize your campaign setup and schedule the launch date directly in the platform.
- Creator Type Selection: Choose between Brand Advocates and Standard UGC Creators based on your campaign needs.
- Plan Upcoming Launches: Develop proposals for future product launches that are not yet live, allowing you to prepare in advance and streamline your marketing efforts.
- Full Campaign Control: Manage every detail of your campaign, from proposal to execution, with no need for external scheduling support.
Editing Scheduled Campaigns - Limitations
- Launch Date
- You are able to edit the campaign launch date up to 72 hours before the existing launch date.
- You are able to push a launch date back as far as you'd like.
- You are able to move the campaign launch date up to be 3 business days from the current date.
- SEO Keywords & Benchmarking ASINs
- You are able to edit SEO keywords and benchmarked products up to 24 hours before launch.
Getting Started:

Navigate to the Campaigns section in the platform and click Create New Campaign.
- Select your campaign type: Choose between five different campaign types
- Add your product: Select an existing product or add a new product (using a URL), you can select a single variant or multiple variants, depending on which products you want creators to purchase.
- If your product is not yet available for sale, you can create a placeholder product. Enter all the relevant product specifications you have, including the price point, retailer platform, images, and any other details. This approach allows you to proceed with creating a proposal and gaining insight into the associated pricing.
- Choose your creator type: Select either Brand Advocates or Standard UGC Creators for your campaign. The platform will display the pricing based on your selection.
- Configure campaign details: Set your campaign scope by defining key deliverables (e.g., type of creators, number of creators, estimated sales, search terms and benchmarking details). The price of the campaign will update in real time based on your inputs.
- Add in up to 5 additional search terms you would like us to track during the course of the campaign. If running a Product Launch campaign, you can additionally add up to 3 ASINs you want to track TTR against. If using Brand Advocates, you can take advantage of our additional product feedback questionnaire and add up to two custom questions of your choosing.
- Save your proposal: Once details are set, click Save Proposal to save it as a draft. You can return to edit this proposal later if desired.
- Schedule your campaign: After reviewing your saved proposal, finalize the campaign setup, launch date and payment method. Click schedule campaign to lock in your campaign for execution.

Can I edit a saved proposal before scheduling the campaign?
Yes, you can edit your saved proposal at any time before scheduling the campaign. Just return to the proposal, make the necessary changes, and save it again.
What if my campaign involves social or premium UGC creators?
The self-serve solution currently supports campaigns with Brand Advocates and Standard UGC Creators. If your campaign involves social or premium UGC creators, please contact your Client Success Manager for further assistance.
Can I schedule a campaign using a placeholder product?
No, if you have created a placeholder product, you will need to update the product details before you can schedule your campaign. Make sure to enter the necessary information to proceed with the scheduling process.
Can I schedule multiple campaigns at once?
Yes, you can create and schedule multiple campaigns simultaneously. Each campaign will have its own proposal and launch date, which can be managed individually.
What happens after I schedule my campaign?
Once your campaign is scheduled, the platform will handle the launch and management of your campaign. You will receive notifications on the progress, and you can monitor the results in your dashboard.
