What is the Buy Credits Feature?
The Buy Credits feature enables you to purchase credits directly from the platform, which can be used to run any campaign on our platform. This new functionality, found under the “Brand Subscription” tab, streamlines the purchasing process, allowing you to buy credits as needed without minimum or maximum limits. Once credits are purchased, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to your primary billing contact, with additional contacts copied as needed. An order form (terms of service contract) is also sent as a receipt, documenting your purchase.

Getting Started:
Step 1: Access the Brand Subscription Tab
- Log into the platform.
- Navigate to the Brand > Subscription tab on your dashboard.
Step 2: Select Buy Credits
- In the Brand Subscription section, locate and click the Buy Credits option.
- Enter the amount of credits you wish to purchase.
Step 3: Review and Complete Purchase

Confirm your credit amount, then proceed to checkout by selecting the “Generate invoice for credits” button.

Once the purchase is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your primary billing contact, and an order form will be generated and attached with your invoice as your purchase receipt.
